I had a c-section on 18th December but still, now I am bleeding. Sometimes bright red and mostly brown. It is not spotting and not too heavy but normal bleeding. Can you please guide me is it serious??

I had laser surgery on both my eyes 15 years back, and it was not very successful. My eye sight came back. My number has been stable for the last 10 years. Now my vision has become -2.
